The company has raised A$12.5 million through a placement of 147,058,824 shares to advance its Antimony Canyon Project in Utah, USA. The placement was well-supported by institutional investors, including strategic US funds. Trigg opted not to take oversubscriptions due to potential non-dilutive funding sources. Antimony prices have surged to around USD60,000 per metric tonne.

The company's securities will be suspended from quotation under Listing Rule 17.2 pending an announcement. The suspension will continue until the end of the requested period or the announcement's release to the market.

The company's updated Mineral Resource Estimate for Wild Cattle Creek's antimony deposit at the Achilles Project has increased by 92% from 2013. The deposit, containing 29,902 tonnes, is open downdip and along strike, with multiple high-grade'shoots' remaining open. The company plans to evaluate the contribution of Tungsten and Gold in a future MRE.

The securities of Trigg Minerals Limited will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2, at the request of TMG, pending the release of an announcement in relation to an increase in the Mineral Resource Estimate for the Wild Cattle Creek deposit at the Achilles Project.

The suspension of trading in the securities of Trigg Minerals Limited will be lifted from the commencement of trading today, 25 June 2024 following the release by TMG of an announcement stating it is no longer pursuing the proposed recompliance transaction.

The Company no longer pursuing the proposed recompliance transaction and therefore requests that ASX reinstates the Company's securities to quotation. The Company continues to prepare for its maiden drilling program at Drummond Gold Project. As per the announcement dated 24 May 2024, the Company has completed the geophysics program and is in the process of processing these results and will announce this to the market as soon as possible.

The securities of Trigg Minerals Limited will be suspended from quotation immediately Listing Rule 17.2 at the request of TMG, pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed recompliance transaction. ASX has exercised its discretions under Listing Rule 11.1.2 to require the proposed recompliance transaction to be conditional on approval by TMG's ordinary security holders and under Listing Rule 11.1.3 to require TMG to recomply with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules. It is expected that TMG's securities will remain suspended until TMG has recompiled with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules.
