Stallion Uranium endowment grows to 7 Mlb U3O8 from 3.3Mlb adding 3.7 Mlb U3O8 with the addition of the Highway and Shelf uranium deposits. Summit adds three exploration applications to the project: E28/3429, E28/3426 and E39/2469, located between Manhattan's Double 8 and Deep Yellow's Mulga Rock uranium deposits in the prospective Ponton Creek region. Binding option agreement to acquire 80% of the Castor Lithium Project, with a landholding over 118km² in the prolific James Bay lithium district of Québec, Canada. Castor is within the northern portion of the Yasinski Lake Greenstone Belt. Q2 Metals' Mia Lithium Project (18 grab samples averaging 2.65% with results of up to 4.37% Li20) and Ophir Gold's (TSX-V: OPHR) Radis Lithium Project (rock chips up to 2.33% Li20)2 are within the same greenstone belt. The Project covers an impressive 33km strike length of the Yasinski Lake Greenstone Belt and hosts several mapped pegmatite occurrences. The Project lies close to major infrastructure, with its southwestern portion located on the allweather James Bay Rd, is 30km from the Grand River Airport and is 60Km from the town of Radisson. James Bay is a world-class lithium-pegmatite district and host to significant projects, such as: Allkem's James Bay Deposit (ASX: AKE; 40.3Mt at 1.4% Li2O); Nemaska's Whabouchi Deposit (TSE: NMX, 36.6Mt at 1.3% Li2O); Patriot Battery Metals developing Corvette Property. Project vendors include: DG Resource Management "“ previously identified, acquired, and vended the original Corvette Property to Patriot Battery Metal's predecessor; Mining entrepreneur Kal Malhi of Bullrun Capital. Dahrouge Geological Consulting have been contracted to provide management and exploration services for the inaugural field program.
