Regalpoint Resources Limited (to be renamed AssetOwl Limited) will be reinstated to Official Quotation from the commencement of trading on Friday, 6 January 2017, following the Company's recompliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules pursuant to Listing Rule 11.1.3.

The company has formalised the variation to the share sale and purchase agreement with AssetOwl and each of its shareholders. The parties have executed a Deed of Variation to the SSPA which is intended to ensure that the company remains compliant with its obligations under Listing Rule 7.16.
