Following the execution of the deed of company arrangement (DOCA), The Company executed a number of documents that resulted in the Company transferring its interest. The Company has convened a General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 5 June 2015. The completion of the DOCA is subject to a number of conditions, including obtaining Shareholder approval for the Recapitalisation Resolutions, the details of which are summarized in the Notice of Meeting.

As a consequence of this appointment, on 10 December 2014, the Directors have appointed Martin Jones, Darren Weaver and Benjamin Johnson of Ferrier Hodgson as Joint and Several Voluntary Administrators
