On 16 June 2025, Astron Corporation Limited ("˜Astron') announced that it was undertaking a scheme of arrangement ("˜Scheme') to redomicile from Hong Kong to Australia wherein a newly established Australian company, Astron Limited ("˜Aus NewCo') would become the listed parent company of the Astron Group and Astron's securities would be replaced with Aus NewCo securities on a two for one (2:1) basis. Under the Scheme, existing Astron CDI holders and shareholders (other than ineligible overseas holders and CDN ("˜Excluded Securityholders')) as at the Scheme Record Date will receive two Aus NewCo shares for each Scheme Share being transferred (including those indirectly held by CDI holders) ("˜Scheme Consideration'). The shares or CDIs held by Excluded Securityholders will be transferred to the Sales Agent appointed by Aus NewCo who will sell such Aus NewCo shares on ASX and distribute the net sale proceeds received to the Excluded Securityholders after deduction of any taxes or other costs of sale (see section 1.5 of the Scheme Document)	20/08/2025
