Hartshead Resources, in which ANA holds a 21.6% equity interest, has received a Data Verification Letter from the UK Oil & Gas Authority with respect to its UK 32nd Offshore Licensing Round application, in which Hartshead was provisionally awarded five blocks. Upon receipt of Hartshead's agreement and acknowledgement of the contents and license specific elements of the Data Verification Letter the OGA will then formally award the license to Hartshead with a provisional start date of 1 December 2020.
